Strategic marketing alliance with KLA-Tencor for sales of Nanopics in Europe and the U.S.

SII NanoTechnology and KLA-Tencor have launched a strategic
marketing alliance, and KLA-Tencor has started marketing
the Nanopics, a compact-sized tabletop probe microscope
developed and manufactured by SII NanoTechnology, as
a sole distributor for this product in Europe and the
U.S.
To respond to increasing needs for surface profile
measurement of miniaturized electronic devices and recording
media, SII NanoTechnology and KLA-Tencor plan to build
on our respective leading-edge expertise and leverage
our partnership in the field of measurement and analysis
for manufacturing processes.
