[ Measurement of Chlorine (Cl) with SEA1200VX in Vacuum ]
SEA1200VX is capable of measuring Cl by employing a Cl filter. In addition, higher sensitivity measurements are possible without the effects of argon in air by employing a vacuum chamber. The detection lower limit within a vacuum is 6ppm.
